I haven't seen anything from Caprock Canyons State Park in Texas posted on here yet. I took a day drip over from Dallas this past weekend. The dark skies maps show it as one of the darkest places in Texas after Big Bend, and with a new moon, the skies were incredible. You could see the entire milky way galactic core arcing over your head with your bare eyes. Here's a few images from the trip, with more on my website.
