It looks a lot like some weevils and close relatives (external link), such as bark beetles. Is that bark it's on?

It was on a tree root on the ground, so i suppose that is bark.

Was EXTREMELY tiny, i only caught it because of the light.. Id say this was close to MFD

This is one of the situations where the GX8 was very helpful for this.. the tilt/flip screen was essential to composing and managing to capture this, Took a burst, only got this one sharp
