7D2 video settings for airshow

I'm new to video with my 7D2 and was wondering what settings are normally used for airshows. Read the Canon manual and an independent manual but there's nothing like experience so I thought I would ask on this forum.

What are the best settings for fast movers like the Thunderbirds? Will be using a 70-200 F4 IS lens.

Sorry that it's a day & nobody has answered. I don't know the 7D2, but can give you one piece of advice from my past experience with corporate video. Have you seen the effect of a fast shutter speed on airplanes with propellers? You get a strobing effect, so I suggest that you run some tests with speeds of 1/60 to 1/100 seconds & see what works best for prop blur vs. sharpness.
