Backstory: I was driving home from Philadelphia after some cycling, dinner & beer. I left the City around Midnight. Enroute, I noticed bad traffic on the Schuylkill Expressway & Route 422 due to construction. I diverted through Valley Forge National Historical Park as this is another route to my house. While driving through the Park I noticed a large fog bank in the valley, not far from George Washington's HQ. A near full moon was lighting the fog bank. It was incredible. Having just been cycling, in the City, I had no camera gear with me. It was approaching 0100, but I decided to go home, grab my gear (and my pup) and drive back to the park. So I did. These were shot between 0100 and 0200.

Nikon D7100, Nikkor 16-80 f/2.8-4, 20-30 second exposures:

How cool! That's some thick fog sitting low to the ground.
