I have a bunch of video clips shot with a 5d3. Is there a way to tell what settings where used? Specifically ISO, F stop, shutter speed and focal length?

There is EXIF info imbedded which will probably fulfill your needs. You can use a free utility like that at https://mediaarea.net/en/MediaInfo (external link) to view the EXIF. If you happen to use Canon's DPP go to http://www.dslrvideocollege.com …e-file-metadata-exif-data (external link) and follow the steps outlined. If you don't use DPP, go to the same link and scroll to the bottom where there is a procedure that involves making a copy of the thm file, renaming it and then opening the renamed copy with Photoshop.
