Good capture
Brian V.

Thanks.
These are all hand held in the dark using a modeling light and flash. I often have to hold the camera above eye level using live view. I'm currently using a crappy generic flash bracket and it gets heavy over time. The camera also tends to rotate on the mount. I decided last night that I'd take a lot of pictures so that at least a few of them would be in the right focus.

I've got a [theoretically] better flash bracket coming tonight. It's going to take some modification, so I don't know if I'll be able to use it tonight... or this week.

Thanks. Focus is a real bear in pitch dark and over your head with a heavy flash and LED rig. I have to take a LOT of pictures just to get a few with the eyes in focus, especially since they're so small on the live focus screen.
