Tip for staging exterior

Hi,
I am looking for opinion to stage the outside of a terrace house/townhouse. It is for the picture for the real estate agent.

Should I remove the BBQ drum and vertical smoker (wsm) or should I leave them in the backyard? I.e. is it more profitable to attract meat lover or not deter vegan

As long as the size and style of the BBQ matches the rest of the furniture, I would leave it as it makes a property seem more warm and family friendly. Since BBQs also cook vegetables, I do not see it being a deterrent for vegetarians. Regardless-the best person to ask is your client.
