Galactic Core attempt

I went out to some nice dark skies in Manning Park, BC last week. On Thursday night, I managed to stay up late enough (when you eat dinner at 6 and you're in the backcountry - 9:30pm is late ) to get a decent shot of the galactic core.. My first attempt!

Thanks - any tips would always be appreciated. It's hard to get to dark sky around Vancouver.

It sure is awesome to sit there and see it in real life too! So rare to get away from the light and be able to enjoy this.
