Has anyone managed to connect a camera like my EOS 5D, to Premier pro to use it to monitor / record video? Or indeed something like a GoPro clone.

If so, how? I tried creating a new project then File > Capture but nothing happened. Nothing was visible in the capture window, just blackness of deep space.
Thanks in advance.
McP.

No one loves me :-( I 'spoke' to Adobe if anyone is interested.
You can connect to Adobe Premier Pro but need a firewire connection.
