Great use of the color red. It really makes the subject pop even tho you shot at f10 and everything is in focus.

I hope that isn't a giant ant hill she is sitting in. Is it just a strange sand formation? sand castle?

That's just a dang nice shot. The red was a great choice and I like the green headpiece. The mood is very nice as well, I like the empty space above her, adds nicely to that mood. Nice exposure, which I am sure was not all that easy.
