Creepy picture edit question

Hey Guys,
I am looking do something like the picture below (spiders/moths whatever). How do you add bugs like thatin photoshop/lightroom? Also how are eyes done? Thanks in advance!!

You would probably get a better responce to these post processing questions if you posted them in the Postprocessing sub forum. It's likely the first sub forum that those with a real interest in the subject will check. I know that General is actually usually quite low down the order I check the sub fora.

As noted in your other thread, tou would need to use Ps.
