Thanks for your comment Paulo. Actually, the light ratio is exactly as I wanted it. I like a little more drama in lighting food than some other photographers. This was shot with a grid on the main from the left side at about a 30 degree angle with a kicker on the right side, close to the front of the set to fill the shadows to the level where they are.
