Can I buy the 5d IV on grey market and send it to Canon USA and get the C-LOG installed for the $100? Also: do they clean it or do anything else while it's there? Thanks!

I'd be inclined to suggest you call a service center and see what they say. The service centers are located at Jamesburg NJ, Newport News VA and Costa Mesa CA and all list the same toll free number of 866-510-1335.
