How do I find the motels/hotels that are by the hour?

I have a room great for all things but boudoir as far as a bedroom look, I'm using a spare room at my husband's shop and there's only so much I can do with it before he begins to protest.
So for sessions that involve a more personal/intimate scene like beds and what not, I would need something like a motel or hotel and I can't seem to figure out how to find them in my area... if they even exist.
I live in Chandler, IN by the way.

The first thing that comes to mind is to look for one of the local "ladies of the night" and ask them, or watch to see where they take their clients. Failing that, the only thing that I can suggest is simply phoning around the various establishments, but be prepared for them to jump to conclusions about you.

There's an old (1920's) boutique hotel in my town that has a couple of beautiful ballrooms. One is smaller with a fireplace, big beautiful curtained windows and ornate columns.
I struck up a conversation with an associate manager type that I was interested in being able to use the room for some shoot ideas I had (glamour portraiture). He passed my card to the manger. We had a real nice conversation, he got the owner on the phone and I had permission to use the room whenever it wasn't booked... Gratis. I just get the customers permission to allow the hotel to use a photo now and again for decoration in the bar and hallways. I also get referrals from them for events that are held there.

I later asked if I could rent guest rooms at a partial day rate for other work and we worked out a real nice price arrangement. None of those get used for the hotel's promotional material.

The short answer is you may be best off looking for a smaller locally owned and operated place rather than a large chain hotel's local unit. I like the personal relationship that this leads to.

I also just remembered an article I read about hotels adding hourly or part daily rates to accommodate business travelers/road warrior types that need to freshen up or catch a few winks between meetings, not needing the room overnight. Hotel gets to rent an empty room and have it available for overnight.

Not sure about the ladies of the night though..... in my area you can't really distinguish them from some of the women that walk around........... and personally I don't think I'd want to go to one of the motels they use.....

The other avenue you might try is AirBNB.
There may be locations around that offer unique settings at a more competitive rate.

I end up just trying to schedule as many models in one day/night as possible to maximize the money spent. But I am interested in other peoples ideas.

Oh, and we looked into AirBnB as well. We are in Milwaukee (not a small city) and all of the houses that were of high enough quality to shoot in were more expensive than hotels of similar quality. And many had a 2 night minimum unless it was a small house/room. Just read the fine print to make sure you know what pricing is.

I've rented rooms a couple of times for boudoir shoots. All I did was ask the manager and told him/her what I wanted and assured them there was nothing pornographic and their logo/branding would not appear in any photos and I was told that I could use a room for up to three hours and all I had to pay was what it would cost them to pay for an hour of the person cleaning the room. My last room rental was $20/3 hours.

That's a great deal for you but why would a hotel want to do that? It's getting nothing from the deal. It's the hotel manager's responsibility to work the asset to make money for their employer. In this case, it seems he/she wasn't doing their job.

He probably figures the photographer will promote the hotel and that will lead to booking weddings, etc.

Well ... I'm sure she/he is quite deluded on that point. I'd be more persuaded by the idea that he (no 'she' this time) gets the chance to drop in and watch some of the shoot.

Hey ... call me cynical, I really don't mind.
