No bigger than the 16-35. LOL
And your body is still smaller.
This is not a walkaround lens... it's for tripod landscape/architecture work... at least for me it will be. Size does't bother me.

I may eat my hat though... you never know. Why not? And who's to say that the M mount isn't big enough for FF glass? The E mount ended up being adaptable to FF glass. Sep 07, 2017 13:22 | #19 Yep me too. 8-16 is perfect and knowing what Fuji want quality out of it using it on the wide end should be peity good. The f/2.8 is nice and given how well the other two red label zooms perform I’m excited be the prospect of working in tight spaces. No more panos in tiny rooms for me. I’ll have 8-140 in 2.8 zooms Fujifilm cameras and lenses.

Thanks to the newly developed image recognition algorithm, the update enhances AF-C to track moving subjects twice as fast as previous firmware. 2x the focus speed? Hell, flagship upgrades from canon/nikon don't even boast that and we get it with a free firmware update?

For my photography world I often have the 24mm or UWA as my favourite lens. The reason why I don't own a 16-55 yet is because my Canon 24-70L f/2.8mk2 collects dust. However when I need it....I need it. This is why I still have the 16-55 on my radar. Not a lot but there are times when I need it so, like you, it's great that I can have it on hand. I always was a prime guy I just prefer the feeling of 'this is the angle this camera shoots with' & usually I take three cameras with me. Fujifilm cameras and lenses.

Sep 07, 2017 17:24 | #26 True, but again I switched to Fuji for smaller size, that's why I'm torn. My lenses seem to be getting bigger and bigger the deeper down the Fuji hole I go.
