I like the first one. I would move the logo to bottom left and make it smaller.

This photos are good, and 2 is my favorite. 1 lacks sharpness and good texture on the meat. 3 should be much sharper and perhaps better focus. Lighting-wise these seem drab and not very exciting. I would try the same dishes in natural window light and see the change.
