Yellowstone- Gray Wolf, Coyote, Coywolf or Fox?

OK, I feel completely ignorant. Everyone was calling this a gray wolf at Yellowstone, but I don't know. Can someone ID it for me? Thanks! Kelly

Looks like a coyote to me. Snout is pointy and ears are pretty large when compared to the head. Coywolfs are pretty much in the Eastern part of the continent, in the northeastern United States and Ontario eastwards in Canada. I've never heard of coywolves in the West.

Thanks! Mystery solved. I was thinking coyote because he was smallish and hunting for moles or something underground.
