Manfrotto 400 Geared Head: it is used but in pristine condition. It has minimal signs of usage (few tiny spots where the paint is wiped away) and, it works perfectly. It comes with an Arca Swiss clamp and the 13mm low plate that are seen in the pictures.

Asking Price: US$480 +shipping. I am located in Canada.
