Literally any difference between Rokinon/Samyang?

No, not name-wise, and Samyang SLR lenses are branded as Vivitar, Falcon, Rokinon, Walimex, Bower, Opteka, Bell and Howell, Polar, and Pro-Optic.

However, it doesn't appear those are the same lenses, look at the lens construction, thus 2 different types of the same lens. The higher priced one is a newer better coated lens.

No difference. Most of them are just made by Samyang and rebranded.

Same-same. I had the 14mm f/2.8. Nice lens, but has a bit of mustache distortion. If a bit of distortion bothers you, don't shoot 14mm! :)
