As you invite corrections to your English, here goes: "didn't notice it until it was too late, though." The carrot was cut exactly after the cutting board, but it felt like rolling around a little for every adjustment/shot.

Then piece them all together then adjust a fake perspective in PS later. Itd be way cleaner and it would look like the carrot and the board were cut at the same time.
