Never used. Fotodiox Compact Rig and Neewer Follow focus with three extra lens bands. You can Google both for more info and pictures (especially on the Fotodiox - it folds next to nothing) or ask for any clarification. Mine are unused and time to go as I likely will not use them, cool as they are
