Drop the color out and reload with the color image again... I think the color subtracts from your intention.

Opinion
This is not my kind of photo, but you communicated why you took the photo and you did it with thought. Good job.

The color balance seems to be a bit off. Everything looks too orange on my monitor.

From the standpoint of composition and interest, I have difficulty in understanding what is going on in the picture. The doll is in focus, and everything else is blurred. The message is just not coming through.

Great picture of the doll, framing with out-of-focus humans is very clever. Needs s lot of work on the color (or B&W?).

I like it even better, I think you have a good creative sense. Your shots all show a nice human quality. Sometimes the digital leaves a "cold" feeling because it is too "electronic"
