Just give me a full frame body with a 40-50mp sensor that can do what my Sony does IQ wise, in body GPS, in body Wifi that actually works well. Wifi functionality that is open to app developers, because lets face it, Canon couldn't build a decent camera control app if their corporate life depended on it. They should just buy out Chainfire and update the DSLRController app to work wirelessly with all of their cameras. Live histogram in the Viewfinder would be awesome. Programmable intervalometer, with bulb ramping. Focus stacking. Basically, all the firmware programmable functions that third parties have been hacking into the cameras for years. The camera should be at least as waterproof as my phone too. An articulated touch screen. AI assisted AF. A gumdrop dispenser, a partridge, and a pear tree.

Everything that you ask for here sounds completely reasonable. . I mean, you aren't even asking Canon to develop anything new - all of the technology already exists.

In fact, it is astounding to me that we don't already have all of these things in Canon cameras already. . Isn't this a period in time when any tech stuff takes massive leaps and bounds every year or two? . Yes, it is. . So it's kind of weird that we're not seeing interchangeable lens cameras improve at the same rate that many other high-end tech-based products are improving.

.

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".

Send them all to me for reviewing, and I'll need them for at least three years before I can be sure of my decision.

Oh, and a hybrid finder would be cool.
