I agree with both of you. However, I don't believe in the term "SOOC". Quite misleading, especially with people who know nothing about photography. Unless shooting in RAW every image is adjusted somewhat. If you took 2 identical cameras & lenses, set 1 to straight neutral (or 0) & set the other to landscape, those images will look different SOOC.
