This was taken some years ago at the airshow, can't remember what it is, can someone help?

It's a Beechcraft model 18, built in various configurations from 1937 to 1969. Here's a good article...

I'm thinking that it's a Lockheed Electra due to the landing lights in the nose.

Hey fish, You have a point.

The OPs photo shows 2 lights in the nose, where the Beach has one large light.

I thought it was a Beach due to the design of the cockpit side windows, which look different from the Lockheed.

I had a look at photos of both, and decided apart from the cockpit windows, the photo posted didn't have a horizontal tailplane that extended just a bit outboard of the vertical stabilisers.
The Electra and the Beechcraft do look remarkably similar though!


some fairly old canon camera stuff, canon lenses, Manfrotto "thingy", and an M5, also an M6 that has had a 720nm filter bolted onto the sensor:
