Tamron 35mm & 85mm firmware updates ?

I noticed that my Canon lenses all work precisely on the Canon M5. And my Tamron lenses work just as well on my Canon 5DS. But when I put the 35mm or 85mm on the M5 the focus is off by at least a couple of inches for example when shooting f/1.8 etc..

Has anyone ever used these Tamron lenses adapted onto the M5 and done a successful update or adjustment?
