I pressed the SD card to eject it, but it didn't pop up fully. It remained mostly inserted, but if I grabbed and pulled up it came right out. I thought that this may be an issue with the SD card, so I tried my SanDisk and there was no resistance and popped right out. Has this happened to anyone else? I just don't want the card to get stuck there.

If it continues to do it I'd probably just replace the card. If it slides in and out easily until it latches the side edges are probably OK. But I've had to very slightly kiss the edges at the contact end with a nail file.

So I pulled it out too and there was a slight resistance. This only occurred the very first time I removed a card and hasn't happened since. I don't think its anything to worry about. Now that I think about it my Lexar 2-slot card reader did the same thing (and again only once). I'd guess SD devices come with the internal contacts "leaning" a bit for tightness.
