Portrait with an action in the background. These two gentlemen did not know that behind them is a third person. Photo just for fun. These are executives from an Archeaological Festival in Biskupin - 2016.

Cool concept, however the lighting is off...I assume you weren't using any kind of flash? Also, the guy with the white beard is out of focus. What kind of lens were you using?

It's not really a portrait; more of a snapshot. The hand in the foreground is a distraction. The guy with the white beard looks like movement blur instead of out of focus. I agree with the other comments regarding other aspects.

At 1/50 and f2.8 for group of three at this distance it is not impressive outcome. And here is no action in the background, BTW :). The action would be if naked ladies were dancing where rugs are, for example. :-P
I suggest to learn how to bonce TTL flash to be able to get f8 aperture and slightly faster shutter speed to avoid motion blur.
