An image of a pink lake taken with my Phantom 3 Standard drone in the Central Wheatbelt Region of Western Australia.
The pink colour is caused by algae in the water.

We have lots of these lakes here in Western Australia the algae like ultra saline type water and the water look 'pinker' (for want of a better word) depending on where the sun is positioned.
