Good evening!
Went through the forum and didn't find much recent information on this lens, or comparisons to the Sony native 90mm f/2.8 macro.
Just picked up the a6500 about a month or so ago. Most of my macro shooting has been of inanimate objects versus insects, with a lot of things like wristwatches and movements. I picked up a Vello adapter to use my Canon 60mm, but it really wasn't a happy camper, and when I move up to a Metabones, I start asking if I'd rather just buy a native lens...
Appreciate any thoughts or feedback from anyone with this lens. Also any comparisons to the Sony 90mm. Right now the kit is the 6500, the 16-70 f/4 Sony/Zeiss lens, and a HVL-F32M flash that was discounted by buying a "package" from B&H. The now 10-year old Canon Rebel isn't getting used...
Thanks!
