Clarifying the confusion: the Adorama deal did expire for most of the day yesterday, but it was brought back in the early evening.

Just like B&H, there's now no coupon required to get the deal, which should make it easier. (I think I've answered 300 e-mails in the last three days from readers asking why they don't see the deal price.)

My 6Dii, grip, extra battery, and paper just arrived! The printer will be in a separate shipment. I was pleasantly surprised, as just last night one shipment's tracking said a Friday delivery while the other didn't have a date yet.

There is one issue that I must address: For the second time in 10 months, I'm not happy with how my high dollar purchase was packaged by Adorama. Helen was great when dealing with me last January and everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Hopefully, the camera checks out fine and I don't have to go through that again.

Here's the box right after I opened it, exactly how it was packaged. There was some good bouncing around going on between NYC and Atlanta:

Only sucks that I get home from work around 6:30. Hopefully UPS delivers late in the evening like they usually do.

I have UPS my choice. But I couldn't request the package to be held at the sorting center that's 15 minutes from my house. Oh well.

The anticipation is killing me!! Can not wait!

Wow, even after the exchange rate this is cheaper than just buying the old 6D here in canada! We Canuks are getting the joan collins special! ( simpsons ref)

I just bought a used 7DII for the reach but am wondering if I don't want to sell that and pick up this deal instead. I'm sure the better high ISO capabilities would be far better but I bought the 7DII because of the extra reach. Decisions, decisions.

Does everyone’s receipt show all items? Mine seems to be missing the printer.
It only lists camera, paper, grip, paper and sd card.

Just sent in my rebate for this. Used the camera over the holiday weekend and got some great shots...well from what I can tell. I still have to pull them up on my Macbook and see how many keepers I got.
