Yes I have one and it has the 80d sensor, which is indeed a step up over the 7D and others' like the SL1.

Wow, I let that little nugget slip by me. Guess I was too focused on Canon being DOOMED around the time it was announced.

:D

Judging from the activity in that thread I am not the only one who missed the news.

Hi!

Thank You so much for the feedback. It really helps. I really don't care about the video at all.

Happy Holidays!

Thank You

Jeff

Yes with both the 6d2 and the SL2 being released together, one took the spotlight, and not necessarily in a good way. People weren't pleased that a baby rebel had better low ISO DR than the 2nd Gen entry level FF.

Hi!

Thank You so much for the input! I think I might even look at the XSI so I have a camera and put a bit more into lens and upgrade the body later after shoot and finding my needs some more.

Or just get the T6 and ask for a good lens for Christmas and have a nice 18mp camera and figure out my needs, and if and when needed upgrade the body.

Happy Holidays!!!!!

Thank You

Jeff

Hi!

I think I might be over thinking all the different models? Thank You all for your input and knowledge!!!!! I think I need to get something and just start shooting again and know more what my needs may be! So XSI, 50D and T6 should be more than enough! Then invest in some glass and I can always upgrade the body later, but have some nice glass and have a lot more knowledge to know what I need or want in the future.

Again Thank You!!!!!

Happy Holidays!!!!!

Thank You

Jeff

I shot the XSi. In today's world, poor iso performance.
