Amateur photographer new to studio/on-site lighting setups here! :-)

Anybody spot any Black Friday/Cyber Monday/whatever deals that they think a beginner should look into? I currently have a SB-700 that I trigger remotely with a D750, if that adds any required context!

Thanks in advance for any advice or shares!

Somehow, "Black" Friday sounds all wrong for lighting gear. :)

I am really hoping this package goes on sale for cyber Monday. The price didn't change but shows as a black Friday deal. Smoke and mirrors.

I had my eye on that one too, but couldn't pass up the dual setup for $130 more. Doesn't come with the Softbox, but seemed like a better deal to me.

That is a great deal, just a bit too expensive and I don't really need two at this stage of the game. Could sell one I suppose. See what Monday brings.

Adorama's Black Friday sales this year have been very disappointing. I'd have expected them to match last year's $99 (or was it $109?) for their Flashpoint Zoom Li-ion TTL Flash but nope. The same thing with their Xplor 600... Didn't get to spend a penny on them.

How so? XPLOR600 TTL was $550 last yr, it is same this time. They also selling 5dmk4 for nice price if you in mkt for that. Wish Fuji stuff was on sale but they had a nice sale about a month ago on GFX though it ended before I could buy.

There is a great deal on the single EVOLV 200 here (external link), while it lasts.
