My brother sent me this picture and is looking for some photoshop help.. which I am not good at! Is there anyone that can help here? The man in this picture has some skin imperfections in the picture, and he's looking just to touch that up without ruining the quality of the photo. If anyone can provide help, it would be greatly appreciated!

I wouldn't be too inclined to touch-up a male face to be honest. OK to tone down teenage acne or take out a shaving cut or remove a speck of dirt but, for the rest, minor skin blemishes mostly pass for character in the male of the species. There is nothing in this man's face that I would see as needing photoshop work.

Something that I did note is that the female's skin tone seems a little yellow (and she is wearing yellow/orange), while the male's skin tone has a reddish tint (and he is wearing red). I'd be more concerned with her skin-tone than his (being a bit reddish myself).

Not much of a file to work with but is this kind of what you had in mind?

Yeah, too much on the eyes, but I think the skin looks good. I'd fix the eyes but I didn't bother to save the editable file.:-P

I'd agree that there isn't much really to fix here. Is the client wanting a fix? Do you have Photoshop? The spot healing brush should make quick and easy work of minor imperfections and not be noticeable.

For skin work, you should provide the original, full-size image.

EDIT: The man doesn't need much skin work. What stands out more for me is skin tones. The woman needs a little more red in hers. The man needs a bit less on the camera left side of his face.

Nothing wrong with Photoshop, more likely my eyes need to be sent back.:-P

I agree that the gentleman doesn't need any skin retouching, I was just trying to supply what the OP asked for.

Removed red from his skin, removed yellow from hers and did some cleanup on his skin.

It's interesting that most of the edits above are edited according to what that particular editor feels that it needs rather than what the OP originally requested.

Use a dual layer, gaussian blur, and history brush to quickly do some cleanup on both subjects. This is one way to quickly clean up selected skin areas anyways. No other changes made here, and this was a bit on the more conservative side.
