A strobe or two behind, pointing forward, as a rim light would help them to stand out from the background.

Just to keep thread alive, did a little fun shoot with my daughters volleyball team this weekend.
I have to remember to write down various settings and positions...
Also, soooooo hard to get them to all keep their open at the same time!!! Kudos to the pros!
