Using adobe Elements & Premiere for home movies & photo editing can someone recommend a suitable cpu and graphics set up for raw photo editing also.

The Intel i7 processor is most definitely the one for cutting video... like budda’!

I don’t much keep up with graphics cards, though. How about a google search (external link)? Do look at the dates on any reviews.
