I would like to get a vector graphics file that matches it. What's the easiest way?

Illustrator has a trace function that may, with some fiddling, do the job for you.

How complex is the logo? May we see it?

Illustrator has an automated trace function that works pretty well. You can google how-to's for it too.
If you don't have Ai, then I'm sure one of us could help ya out

Logos need to be created in a vector based program. Trying to convert from raster art will generally yield less than desirable results.

If no Adobe Illustrator ...

Is this your logo? If so, you already have it as a vector. Photoshop text elements are vector objects.

No not that one (and that's not all text elements as the I was made from Ts. The I in that font is plain.)

No the logo I want to vector-ize is this one.

I don't have illustrator (though I've used inkscape some) I'm going to send the PSD to dagoImaging and hope it works out.

I would search clipping path services and send it to one of them. There are tons of them in places like India and Bangladesh, and their fees are extremely low by U.S. standards. A raster to vector conversion would probably cost no more than two or three dollars.

I own a printing business and need to do this from time to time. I use these people in Pennsylvania, typically costing around $15 or so, excellent work and quick turnaround:

I'm aware of the cheaper services in India, as Peano has suggested, but, while I have nothing against a global economy, I prefer deal with domestic businesses and people I can pick up the phone and talk to, and the price is low enough.

It's done.
Illustrator opens and layers the PSD just fine. Took less than 2 minutes to do this for him. I only had to download and install the font he used since it wasn't on my system.

Thanks all for the help and the advice. But mostly thanks to DagoImaging. He sent me back the converted files already.
