7R III Sports Video Settings

New to Sony and just got my A7R III this morning.

Mostly doing video with fast action (Surfing, Lacrosse) and I'm fairly new to doing more video than action shots.

Any suggestions for settings would be greatly appreciated.

one more question...
I can't seem to get the AF to track a moving subject. I'm new to Sony so if anyone could explain which settings I need for that in the most basic (idiot) terms I would greatly appreciate it.

I think all you need to do is be in AF-C, lock on AF for focus area, then focus on your subject and hold the assigned focus button. It should track the subject.
Not the a7r iii, but general idea is the same.
