Wayne, it is just a simple photoshop frame. But I now use Mikes Framer for all my framing.

trying to figure out where it was taken from....im guessing a fair way past the war memorial?

its nice because its not taken from the standard roadside type angle most of our city are.
with it at your angle it shows alot more depth.

@ bobinacat, It was taken quite a while ago, I think I was leaning against a rail of a lookout that had a telescope there. You could put money in the telescope and view the city. Lol thats about all I can remember!

@Wayne, it has been so long since Ive done those frames, but I will try to work it out and send you a message on how to to it. It was very simple, something like select the photo and slap in on a bigger canvas .. hehe I will let ya know soon.
