I have Lightroom 5.7.1

How do I save user preset for exporting?

File --> Export... --> Export One File dialog box

I create a User Preset. I set all my settings for where I want it saved, custom name, file type, and so on, and I cannot find a way to save my settings. The fact that there's a "User Presets" to begin with suggests that I should be able to have several, right?

As long as I don't deviate from that location, I can make a minor modification for my next export, usually just a name tweak. But if I deviate from that "preset" for any reason, I lose everything. Even if I just click on another preset then click back.

I've Googled. Nothing helpful. I tried the Help button, and all I got was Classic CC, not v5.

Any thoughts on this would be most appreciated.

In the left column. You can use the User Presets folder or create your own. If you want to create one just right click on any of them and create a new folder.

Let's say you just want to use the User Presets. Once you have made your settings click on Add at the bottom.

Doh! I thought I tried that, but I must've clicked something out of order. That did it. Thank you.
