I always have fond memories of flying long-haul on them, never had the privilege of being a passenger on the top deck but have visited the flight deck on occasion. Dec 20, 2017 14:05 | #3 I hated working them as a crew member because something was always broken, but it's still one of my favorite planes to watch take off and land. My fondest memory of the 747 is when I had the opportunity to ferry one back from London. My coworkers all sat upstairs. I spent most of the flight in the flight deck and sat downstairs in economy for the landing.
