Bowens BW-3110 Quick Release Ring with Einstein strobes?

I read in a few old threads how some used the Bowens BW-3110 quick release speed ring

Unfortunately, neither B&H nor Adorama sell the SP Studio flange anymore.

Am I out of luck? Or does there exist an alternative flange?

That is a 5 1/2" adapter which are becoming hard to come by but PCB softboxes take 5 1/2" adapters (or they used to) so you should be able to pick up a 5 1/2" Balcar (PCB) adapter directly from Paul Buff Co that will fit the Bowens Quick release ring.
