I have had this printer for some time, but really haven't been using it. I mainly use my Epson 9900. But, my wife wanted some 5x7s printed for Christmas and the Epson won't print that small (and I don't want to print on 8 1/2 x 11 and trim). So, what is happening is that when I try to print from either Lightroom OR Photoshop (CC), the paper feeds into the printer and then ejects it. Then I get an error on my computer that there is a paper jam. I have tried cleaning the rollers and that didn't help. I CAN print from Windows Office 2010 photo viewer (if I save it as a .jpg first) and it seems to print just fine. So, there is some setup that I am missing that is causing both of these two applications to think there is a problem. I have not tried it on larger paper yet. I suppose I could do that, but mainly want to fix the 4x6 and 5x7 issue. Has anybody had this issue and what exactly was the cause of it? Any help here is appreciated. This is frustrating the heck out of me!
