Wonder who posted the document to Facebook? I can't tell from this article which side is in the wrong, I could certainly see preparing a document like that if initial complaints were rebuffed but not as a first response.

I could never do wedding photography, too many unrealistic expectations on a day filled with stress and strain. It's scary how many unskilled people out there will shoot weddings for low cost and risk ruining a once in a lifetime event for people, especially knowing that expectations will be super high.
