just want to take an opportunity to say thank you to Helen Oster.

I had purchased the Flashpoint eVOLV 200 kit the last two months, first on for $279 and few week later they had a better kit sale for $289. than I bought it and return my first one. somehow they use the $289 one for the credit, and charge me $65 saying that I did not return the transmitter which is not come with it. than I call and e-mail them and explain it to them and send them all the proved that the kit does not came with the transmitter. on and off for more than two weeks still not seeing the credit.

since I been hearing a lot about Helen Oster in here. Last night I decided to send her an e-mail. this afternoon someone call me to confirm the amount that they will credit back for me. WOW less than 24Hrs and now I am happy. sometime is not about the $65.00 that make me happy. Is when you need help and some one is there for you. this is more important.

I try to take screenshots of the bundles when I buy them, it serves as visual proof of what I bought, useful should I need to return it long after the sale is over.

Actually this is the first time that I return from the past two year that I bought things from Adorama.

Adorama's return policy is very favorable to the buyer. I once returned a lens without hassle from a job getting cancelled.

Lots of Adorama love here. They are my go to for buying equipment. Always helpful:P and then there is Helen . I rarely had to reach out to her and she has been always super helpful.
