I PM'ed a guy on FM who had the same lens for sale and no hits. Finally settled on Ebay for a loss.

You expect to sell used lenses at a profit? If so, probably your selling prices are too high.

Fuji X-H2 w/SmallRig all-around L-plate.. Fugi lenses in 10-24/4, 16-55/2.8, 70-200, and 33/1.4, Canon TS-Es in 24/3.5 and 50/2.8, and Viltrox 75/1.2.. Gitzo GT-3533S Systematic tripod with leveler and Rogeti geared head.

I sold a Touit 50mm on eBay in a record time for my time selling on eBay. 3 minutes!

The way to determine what a piece of gear is selling for (not just the prices it is listed at) on eBay is to go to ADVANCED SEARCH listed towards the top right of a search page. Enter Keywords: (In this case I will enter Zeiss 35mmlens for Canon - I did not know which specific Zeiss lens that you are wanting to sell) go down and check the SEARCH INCLUDING - COMPLETED LISTINGS box. Hit SEARCH

This will give you a list of completed auctions.

Only those items with prices in green actually sold. The items with prices in black show what the items were listed for but, which did not sell.

In this case it looks like none of these lenses sold...

To quality check my search procedure (since I was surprised to see no lens being sold), I did the same search for Canon 35mm f/2 IS lens with these results...

https://www.ebay.com …=4&_trksid=p2045573.m1684 (external link)

Used lenses of this type sold for between $350 and $425.

The lens sells new for $550 at B&H. I paid $350 for a minty used copy of this lens on eBay. If I needed to sell it, it appears that I would lose very little if any money in the transaction.
