I have a EF 24-105 f/4L IS lens that isn't getting used. It is in 8+ condition and works just fine. If you want to get into the L lens world cost effectively, this is one is nice. It includes everything shown plus a Hoya HMC Super UV(0) filter. The only thing that makes it a 8 are some nicks around the the front element protector ring and hood scuffs. It doesn't affect the functionality in way way.

The last image in the link above shows the nicks. They're nothing to worry about. All iPhone photos here but I guarantee its very clean.
