Kodak Brownie Flash III & Praktica Super TL

I thought my father had sold all his photograpgy gear (Canon A1 etc) some years ago, as whilst clearing out the attic, I came accros these:

Nice, I started out with the almost identical Praktica, and I think earlier Nova, the main difference being the lack of any metering at all. Even had the same Domiplan 50mm ƒ/2.8 standard lens. That was a hand me down from my dad, in I guess about 1974 or so.

Sililarly to you Alan, I got to use the Praktica once Day got the Canon A1. I later bought an AE-1 (in 1988 I think) and the Praktica got retired.
