NP-F970 Battery?

I want to pickup a few extra NP-F970 batteries for my new Aputure Amaran HR672 LED light kit, but I'm clueless when it comes to batteries. The batteries that came with it have this information printed on it:

NP-F960/F970 7.4V 53.28Wh

When I went battery shopping, the first two sets of numbers were easy to find, but I found the last number varied quite a bit from unknown brand to unknown brand. What does that last number mean and does it matter? Any help and/or recommendation is very much appreciated.

The last number (53.28Wh) refers to how much energy the battery contains. 53.28Wh divided by 7.4V equals 7.2Ah. Theory says one can drain 1 amp from the battery for 7.2 hours before the battery is totally discharged.

So if the LED light draws 4 Amps at full power about how much time should I get out of these batteries? BTW, this light also takes 45 watts of power. How does that factor into all of this?

And finally, I read that the more you use a lithium battery, the longer it will last. Any truth to that?

7.2Ah/4A=1.8h if the battery's rating is accurate.
Lithium cells have a finite lifetime regardless of use. Frequent use doesn't mean longer life.

So, all things being equal, does it make since to look for batteries with a higher Wh value?

As long as the claimed capacity is reasonable.
