The SD slot interface for 5D3 and 5D4 are NOT the same. 5D3 has SDR50 interface, which as 25MB/s bandwidth. 5D4 has UHS-I interface with bandwidth of 104MB/s, far superior performance.

You definitely won't be benefit from SD Extreme Pro 95MB/s over the normal SD extreme at 45MB/s on a 5D3. The interface can only put through 25MB/s worth of data. The issue in Sandisk SD product line is that the next lower grade is SD Ultra, which can only sustain write at 10-12MB/s, so even the 45MB/s card is still overkill, it is the best option.

Keep in mind, the different between E Pro and E in Sandisk is largely a FW change to increase parallelism. So the current E Pro is NOT any more reliable than the E. In previous production, the E Pro 32GB is in SLC, if you still get one of these, this will be the most reliable card
